Full payment of applicable fees must be made to confirm enrolment.

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain decorum and respect for the Guru-Shishya tradition.

Asavari reserves the right to withdraw services or restrict participation if a student violates behavioural guidelines or disrespects the teaching environment.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees must be paid in advance via accepted payment methods.

Payments made towards classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise or in the event of a cancellation by Asavari.

Any changes to class timing or structure will be communicated via official channels in advance.

5. Events & Workshops

Registration for events or workshops is binding once confirmed.

Asavari reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participants must follow event guidelines and refrain from any disruptive or disrespectful conduct.

6. Sponsorships & Donations

Sponsors and donors are encouraged to review our Sponsorship page and/or contact us directly for partnership details.

All donations made voluntarily are non-refundable.

We maintain transparency in fund utilisation and may provide reports to major sponsors upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All choreographies, class materials, and content (including online classes) are the intellectual property of Guru Shovana Narayan, Asavari, or its respective contributors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share class content without prior written permission.

Use of our name, logo, or any copyrighted material without consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asavari shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in classes, workshops, or events.

While we strive to provide a secure and functional website, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
